got it to work now, I know people have slagged it off the news groups on BT
it seems ok again now.
It was daft if I just wanted to get the headers only they would come in at
normal speed but if I selected a certain one to read in full it would take
ages to download just that one. So just changed the settings to download all
the message not just the headers and its working ok.
seems daft but as i don't pay the phone bill (surftime) why worry only thing
is if we all do this it will come to a standstill.
