I use Mystic View and you should be able to find it here:

I dont know how it compares to ACDSee cos I have never seen that program on
the PC, but MysticView does everything I require of a image viewer
(although I think I found a bug yesterday.. :-/ )

Not had much in the way of trouble with any software stating CGX - the only
one I had trouble with initially was Nightlong but that works fine(ish)
with P96 now :-)
