| Subject: | paint package with rulers? |
Hello,
just had to send off an unsized .jpg for 1200dpi on-body printing on
cd's.couldn't find a paint prog with rulers on which was most annoying.i
will be designing a two-fold cassette cover soon
and will need to size my pics and writing correctly.are there any paint
programs or dtp programs that use rulers and will display my pics as
intended??
