Hi people,
I just remembered reading some about this subject where someone complained
about random crashed with SoundProbe.
I would like to add something to this: (no solution, just more problems)
- a friend of mine got a copy of it with his secondhand amiga he bought and
wanted to sample something, here comes his problem:
When using the Monitor or Record function everything works, the audio is
coming through and the data is written to the HD.
But when he quits one of the windows Record or Monitor the system completely
hangs.
When being recording this results in a validitation problem, and when using
Monitor a reboot is necassary. MCP guru gives me (again) a Line 1111
emulator error.
I say again becuase I have the same problem with my CGFX-problem, maybe this
is related?
And does anyone know what this specific guru means? Can it be the 060 we
both are using??
Anyone one what this could be? Some fault settings maybe? He doesn't use a
soundcard or special sampler just as me a simple one.
Before i consider ordering the package i would like to know if this is a
common problem and if anyone has solutions to this problem.
If not: are there any free sw programs that allow me to get my LP into WAVE
format or something else?
