Do your best not to hit too many vehicals, thus keeping your amount of
stars down, when you get to four stars the coppers start a shooting.
I found the best way (if slightly boring) is to sit atop of buildings
and let the heat die down. That was you are not constantly dodging
the police whilst doing your missions.
