On the subject of internet services, I'm with AOL and if you hit 'keyword'
Amiga you'll see that they are quite up to date with what's going on!
I know the AOL service is not like any other ISP in the way they work but
there are a huge amount of Amiga programmers out there that could adapt the
AOL software to the Amiga! It's already been done with ICQ!
Perhaps if enough emails were sent to AOL on behalf of the Amiga community
they might open their eyes? They are, after all, trying to get as many users
as possible! Could they really refuse to accept a new platform if they
didn't have to write the software themselves?
They offer unlimited access for £14.99 per month and I never get any
connection problems with them. It would be great to see people accessing AOL
on Amiga's.
Just a thought!
Richy.
