Nope. There's a difference between a simple prioritised round-robin
multitasking system and a scheduler which monitors resources across
clusters of machines and keeps single tasks running at the most
effecient possible manner.

This is not a multitasking scheduler, it's a batch processing system for
research - not something you'd want on a desktop because it doesn't give
a damn about responsiveness, just maximising resource usage towards
productive tasks as much as possible.
