Power are just the other side of my home town, and I visit them
occasionally either to buy something or discuss something. My
impression is that they're seriously under-staffed on the service
side. They have full-page ads in the local newspaper and push
their sales of Amigas and PCs. No doubt that's where the profits
lie. If something goes wrong with hardware they can't manage to
give it proper attention. But to be honest, I've never had a
problem with Power. Maybe it's because I by-pass the problems of
getting in touch.

I was interested to see, last time I was there, that they've leased
off the ground floor of their building to another firm, and once
inside the front door you have to go upstairs to their small
reception area. Obviously cost-cutting, and I think it's a bad
sign.
