Agreed. Their delivery service is good with very reasonable postal
charges. Product range is also good with fair prices.
Problems seem to arise with after sales support (in my experience).

I've never had any trouble with Eyetech. Much better attitude if
you've got a product problem. Also, they do take the trouble to
monitor this list. Why can't PowerC do this sometimes ? Would seem
to me to be good PR.
