The former tells you nothing, except where the page is located. The web
is about information, not filesystems. I want to know *what* it isa, not
*where* it is, that's the essence of hypertext.
Although HTML has a more efficient way of doing this than sucking up CPU
time with JavaScript, the TITLE attribute.
