No, I just explain what a LART is and they believe my threats of getting
one. Nothing like threats of violence to keep arty design types under

That depends on the size of the blinking text. The <blink> tag should
only ever be used with excessive font sizes. If you've got a small font, and
want to draw attention to it, make it bigger. Then make it blink.
Or just use a 200k animated gif instead ;)
