hi all
I need a bit of help if you can,
i was given a canon bjc 4000 printer i have installed the drivers and the
printer head gos back and forward as though it is printing but there is no
print on the paper the ink carrtrages are new.
im useing workbench 3.0 is this a software problem or a faulty printer?
buy the way there was no instructions with it.
