The first thing to do is to run a self-test on the printer (if such a
thing exists for that model). This usually involves holding down a
button when you turn it on. As it comes with no instructions, you
might have to have a look on Canon's website to see if you can find
more details.
This will let you know if the problem lies with the printer or with
the Amiga.
