Subject:Knackered HD?

Hello,

I have just installed a new 2.5" HD in my machine, and after restoring
my backups to it, I have found that my 3.5" HD now has a *#Invalid RDB. #*

*_Aaarrggh!!*_

I want to know if there is any way of resurrecting my HD and saving
the data on it, or will I have to lose all the data and re-partition
and reformat my HD?

All help is appreciated...
