Subject: | CacheCDFS vs. IDEFIX97 |
I recently installed IDEFIX97 to get my new IDE CD-Rom working. At the time I
had no working CD-Roms and downloading IDEFIX from Aminet was my only option.
It got my drive up and working, and I installed CacheCDFS from OS3.9.
I have OS3.9 and therefore a licensed CacheCDFS. However each time I access
the atapi.device I get the *very* annoying "Demo version only, please buy
blah, blah, blah" from IDEFIX97.
I've tried installing CacheCDFS using the installer, and manually without any
luck. I've also tried renaming the C:IDEFIX to C:IDEFIX_ to prohibit it from
loading. Both without any luck.
Any help is appreciated
Dan
