So far, and I have think I may have said this before.. Payback, Everytime

Sounds a bit like when you plug the mouse in the wrong port and try playing
Wizkid to me.

Just retryed it (Fusion) now and the movement is definately worse. I know
what youmean now, you leave the mouse alone and the pointer begins to track
up screen by itself. It does seem to be random though as sometimes it didnt
do it and other times it did.

Have you tried Disabling the FreeWheel and Wheeldriver stuff that is run
when WBBoots? (I doubt this will work cos its only Mouse button stuff aint
it for them)

Other than that, I aint sure what to suggest (Other than plugging your old
mouse in!) It may be a good idea to notify the FusionPPC developer about
this though (after its released!) :-)
