AACD18/Resources/System/PPCUpdates/68060. The Cpu060.doc seems to make
it pretty clear not to touch this - let the 060.library do it all.

I've also just got a Blizzard 060 card (secondhand '96 vintage). Is
it necessary to install the 68040dummy.library or is this only if
you have PPC? (which I haven't got). Also, I have c:Rom2Fast on
the install disc. Is this still needed?
