That's a real sh*t of a problem! Hardly your fault. It's not as though you
stuck a screwdriver in the fan to see what would happen! You think they'd
send you a new one and try to find out what went went wrong!
I sympathise with you. My EZ/PC tower has gone belly-up on the Amiga side
but it's currently back with Eyetech who are doing the repairs free of
charge!
It seems that some firms view their reputation higher than others!
