Yeah! I was stuck at this bit for a long time :\
OK! Hope this won't spoil thing for you.
When you go to McSwamplings ....<out side>Go to the far left of the Screen,
This will take you around the back of the Building (To the Other side of
the Locked door) In a Dustbin you will find a Fishing rod.
Use the fishing rod at the Lake to catch a Fish ............Take the fish
back to the castle and give it to the Seal.
The Seal will stop playing with the Ball and you can now take it (You Now
have the "Royal Seal" so the Lady of the Lake will give you her Scuba Gear.
Inflate the Dingy using the Scuba gear and go to the Island to get the
Sword, Give the Sword to the Prince and get the Peashooter. Use the "PEA"
with the Matress and the Princess will waken. Ask her how to Keep the baby
Quiet, She will give you a Lollipop ......Go to the Swamplings office
....Give it to the Young Swampling, They will drop the Bottle of milk.
Take that and give it to the Baby <Blessed be the Milk it stops the little
sod from Crying :)>
Hope this helps ( It took me 3 days to find the Bloody Fishing rod ;)
