It ought to convert the CG fonts to Type 1 for this purpose. PageStream
and ProPage do this.

If not, you could convert from CG to Type 1 by using TypeSmith, which is
rather cheap these days.

But what CG fonts do you use? There are probably Type 1 versions or
equivalents already available.
