Good thing too. Those wheels are a bad idea, if you ask me. Which you
didn't,
but when's that ever stopped me? ;)
It just seems like a completely weird idea to me. Doesn't feel write trying
to use
the wheel.
Then again, it could be worse. The boss has this horrible MS mouse with 4
buttons
and a wheel. And I can't avoid accidentally hitting the side buttons
whenever I get
the dubious pleasure of using his machine. Nice idea in theory, having a
back/forward
button on the mouse for all your webbrowsing needs. Shame the mouse is so
crap.
And again, it could be worse. One of the Macs at work has that horrible
mouse with
no buttons.
Mice should have 3 buttons (or 2 if you want to pretend pressing both is the
same as
pressing a 3rd), no wheels, no strange bits on the side, and most
importantly feel
comfortable in your hand. (MS at least make decent shaped mice, Apple
sometimes
miss the point completely, with hillarious consequences. Until you have to
use one ;)
