I was using it for a while without a problem like that.
The reason I stopped using it was that it didnt seem to handle MAC FS disks
properly. Didnt get a error like that coming up, although I do seem to have
a system freeze for a second when it reads my faster CD drive (not sure if
it used to do that)

I have version 5.6 of the ata3.driver insatlled although from what I have
found out recently, Power now ship the FlyerGOLD (like I have) with version
5.7
Might be a idea to email Elbox and ask for the last released version of the
drivers. (Might take a day or two to get a reply thou :-/ )
support@elbox.com.pl is what you want I think.
Actually, I cant remmember if you were using the A1200 or A4k version now
