I used Heat Transfer Compound on my 040 based PPC card. It`s
available from Maplin in a 1ml syringe. Use as little as
possble to get a good fit. The problem with my card is that the
040 is upside down when mounted in the a1200, so I let a little
superglue run into the tiny gap between heatsink & 040 via
capillary. If your 040 is upright then there will be enough
adhesion with the heatsink compound alone. (ie like on my
Permedia2)
