I agree but my point was that it SHOULDN'T have burnt out in the first
place!
The fan failed therefore it was faulty, no? I'd have thought it good P.R. if
they'd at least offered a replacement at a discounted cost and admitted the
fan was faulty. Perhaps even warning users to check and clean the fan at
regular intervals. As I said, I don't think it fair treatment to return it
burnt out and say hard luck, after all YOU had to pay £600 for it!
