heh...when my PowerPC died in January, the tech guy at Software Hut
said that the DCE turnaround time is "long," in his words -- three
months. I told him that I've known of people who sent in their stuff
for repairs and hadn't heard a word back after a YEAR. He says DCE is
like that -- if the end-user sends a board to DCE for repairs, it'll
take an extremely long time, while if you send it to your dealer and
have the dealer send it to DCE, it won't take quite that long.
