DCE had my CyberStorm for nine months. I called Germany (I'm in
the US) and actually talked to Mr. Dillert several times (he's in charge
of these repairs from what I understand) and everytime I talked to
him I got a different story as to what was going on with my board and
when I would get it back. This question has come up before on
different lists and newsgroups and the response is always the same -
DCE doesn't understand the concept of customer service. But from
what I understand, they are the only ones that can repair the boards
so what choice does anyone have? It would be nice if AA would
contact Mr. Dillert and ask some hard questions about what is the
problem. I hope the situation improves. There's not a week that
goes by that I don't think about my board going bad again and what
I will have to go through to get it fixed. :(
