Hello
Apologies if this has been covered before.
I have not used PPC on the Amiga much as yet. I used to use an 060 card and
for most things the dual PPC/040 was much slower for the 68k stuff. Now
with the demise of my other system I am using the one with the 040/PPC
card. I know that when you start a WOS programme a requester comes up but I
used so little PPC stuff that it was not too much of a bother.
However, now I have installed OS3.9 on a new partition and the requester
comes up as soon as I boot. This is no doubt due to the new fat binary
picture.datatype (which of course did not manifest this behaviour on my now
defunct 060 machine). I obviously want to keep the PPC datatype which with
WarpJPEG is amazingly quick. What I dont want is this damned requester
everytime I boot up. I am sure the answer must be buried somewhere in the
WarpOS docs but can someone please tell me ASAP how to disable this
annoying requester. I don't need to be told I cannot run PowerPC stuff
anymore, I know that already.
