Hi
Although i`m grateful for any help, please read all this before
replying.
the problem is corrupt screen upon booting up.
problem seems to be only when ppc card is added [this strongly
suggests that the problem is caused by the interaction if this and
1200 motherboard, i know this already]
the board rev no. is one of the ones that had `too many pins` on the
clock port for the boards that use that port.
the roms are 3.1 roms
a few questions:
1. what errors/problems does a green screen suggest? i remember there
being a guide to colours and type of problem.
2. has anyone had a corrupt screen as a result of faulty update to
flash rom? i`ve used an update and the ppclibemu program - but this
problem happens on the main boot screen - and early boot screen
3. the ppc cards early boot screen is fine - no probs whatsoever.
4. any known conflicts between certain a1200 motherboards and ppc
card ??
