I found the easy way to do it :o)
OS3.9 adds a WarpOS Prefs programme in Sys:Prefs. It even adds it if you
don't have a PPC card, it's there on my 060 only OS3.9 bootpartition too.
After totally ignoring the warning about the prefs programme being for
advanced users only - I found the option Hide Warning. Since then I have
not seen the warning requester at all. WarpOS apps still work so I assume
for the moment I have found the answer I was looking for.
