Hi,
I'm hoping somebody might be able to help here. Actually, I have two
problems with my A1200T - maybe related.
a) I can't get a soft reset. Everything works fine when booting from
cold but thereafter, pressing the reset keys just gives me the
animated screen
b) I can only get access to AACD17 by first running another AACD
or other CD s/w.
I have a P/Flyer(gold) and AllegroCDFS. Fed up with not being able to
run AACD17, I decided to try AmiCDFS. However, I first updated a
couple of the Allegro files I found on a disc PowerC recently sent me.
It seems this did solve my AACD17 problem but upon reset,
immediately created the other. Both the s and u startup files are
original and intact. I've noticed that my cheapo keyboard that was
supplied by Power (PC/AT & PS/2) produces errors on some keys - could
this be a factor? I can still use the Amiga OK but I would like to
sort this one out. Thanks.
