Why "obviously"? It's just a piece of text. Making it clickable does
mean that people will click on it. Making something a link when the
browser renders it as "not a link" is plain confusing to the user.

Thank you, as someone who has to use a non-JavaScript browser from time
to time, this thoughtlessness is really annoying.

As it is, only those with a non-JS browser would see anything on this
page...
