No, everything in a H2 element is a heading. Browsers generally display it
as
bigger text than the rest of the page. If you've got software that reads the
text to you, because you're blind or just want to save yourself the effort
of
reading it, it'll shout it at you, or something. (I'm just guessing they
shout ;)

If you want to make a heading a link, then put an <A> tag in there as well.

And yes, I know everyone assumes <H2> will come out in a big font, but
that doesn't mean they're right ;)

Ah, the attitude of crap web designers everywhere who generally haven't
got a clue about anything other than "well, it looks nice". And who should
probably be out of a job if there was any justice in the world ;)

Usually, something like "Well, it's very nice, but if I do this for you,
another
6 people can see how nice it is". Sometimes it's a good thing that these
arty
types like to show off to as many people as possible ;
