Why should he beg M$ to fix it? They are the largest computing company in
the world, they own everything and everyone, shouldn't they *TEST* products
before putting them on release?

I could understand you using this logic about Voyger for instance, because
they have limited resources plus they (sensibly) release betas and alphas
to the public

possible, becuse it must be your fault"
