Best way is to let datatypes load the file, and specify the source
type as file. The memory source type only works with datatypes sub-
classes that support it and many do not yet, this also requires you
to have the whole file in memory, eg a jpeg, and not have decoded it.
If you use your own routines to load the picture(in your own created
format), then you must create a newdtobject of GID_PICTURE, and input
the bitmap and palette into this, then you will be able to remap via
datatypes. If you look at example picture datatype sub classes you
should be able to figure out how to do this.
