Then you must create a blank picture dt object via NewDTObject with
source type of DTST_RAM and GID_PICTURE, then fill in the PDTA_BitMap
via SetDTAttrs() and also PDTA_ColorRegisters. You must also
GetDTAttrs() the bitmap header and set this. Like I said before for
full details on what you need to set look at piture datatype sub
classes examples.
