Could you explain it a bit more clearly? Why using layers.library functions in
normal program isn't system friendly? And where I can read about it?

Layers.library is documented very well I think... I can even create my own
window system (instead of Intuition Windows) using this functions, so why you
wrote that it's not system friendly?
In AmigaOS low level functions for graphics are provided in graphics.library
and layers.library. Next level is provided by intuition.library and you can
use windows and screens created by it, but you're not forced to do it! If you
want you can create your own intuition.library which will play with low level
and it'll be (if you won't hack it) system friendly...
Of course such own "intuition.library" will not work will patches and RTG
systems like CGFX and P96...
