A MUI chapter would be really appreciated. I think the most important is to
start a such book, it wouldn't be a waste of time. What about an HTML or a
Postscript version, written and corrcted by people from this list ? Everyone
who writes a chapter submits it to the list and when the document is ready, it
just has to be updated on a dedicated website.
