I don't think it can possibly have been DMS' fault, but it was hacky
anyway.

I wonder why people keep writing ADF support stuff for AmigaOS and nobody
noticed the good old fmsdisk.device can create and mount ADFs :) An ADF is
a byte-by-byte copy of an entire floppy disk, and that's exactly what
fmsdisk writes in its "Unit" files.
