My ftp.module is 165708 bytes and the version is 68.14
I couldn't find the problem so I installed OPUS new.
After the new installation the FTP worked fine.
I don't know what the problem was, maybe all the OS Updates were not good
from 3.1 to 3.5 and 3.9
