Subject:[D5] ...again...Animated icons incapacitated....solved!

I had asked about why the animated icons in the boing bag for 3.5 stopped working after I
installed DOpus Magellan a while ago. The closest I got to an answer
was that it probably overwrote the icon.library.

I just bought OS3.9 and visited the FAQ on the Amiga site and found
another answer.

In a question about if 3.9 is compatable with DOpus Magellan it says
yes but that it is suggested not to run DOpus in replacement mode and
that when it is run it patches the workbench.library to gain
functionality and after that the animated icons won't move.
