Doesn't always work (well, not how you'd expect it to). I mucked around
trying to work out why, then gave up.
Usually it's things like icons for installations that really cause the
problem. Sometimes they're just an icon without an associated text/script
file.
For ones like that, I tend to go back to using the Workbench, at least I
know it's going to work. It's been a while since I've come across this,
but I vaguely recall it being a problem associated with the icon's default
tool program not being passed the directory path that the icon was in.
