All the below seem to work fine with LhA but LZX seems to behave extremely
wierd when it comes to updating archives, ie. the Protection and Rename
functions work but the Comment doesn't.
The below have only been tested with LhA and LZX, if you have problems with
other types let me know.

0.9 20010305 Must of been feeling bored today...also enabled the ability
to add filenotes and change the protection bits :)
Naturally the above assumes that the archiver is capable of
storing these things and that you have the appropriate
settings in the parameter files.
With the protection bits, type in ALL the bits you want set,
anything you don't will be cleared.
0.8 20010305 Added ability to rename FILES within an archive, of course
this will only work if you have specified a packing command
for the type of archive. Only does one file at a time but
that's got to be better than none :)
