That's because you didn't set it up as a HotKey, you set it up as a button
bank. There are no Global HotKeys defined from the Button editor.
The HotKey editor and Button editor are two seperate things.
Change your button so that it doesn't have a HotKey associated, then create a
HotKey in the HotKey editor to do the same thing and mark it as being Global.
HotKeys can be marked as being Global individually.
