You can edit DOpus5:System/OpenWith in a text editor or get DO5extPrefs from
Aminet.

Before you edit "OpenWith", make sure there are at least a couple of programs
already in the "Open with" menu - just so you will see what format the text
file has to be in.

I don't know what will happen if you type more entries into the file than you
have set in the "Environment/Miscellaneous/Max Open With Entries" setting so
be careful (or if being careful doesn't appeal, experiment!).
