There is the easy way of course as per the manual. :)
Select the "Open With" entry and select the program you want to use. Though
this is limited to the number of entries set in
"Environment/Miscellaneous/Max Open With Entries", add any more and the last
one dissapears. Which imho shouldn't be a problem as you can set it for
whatever you like.
I must admit I don't use this too much as it's very limited and doesn't always
work for some programs, I much prefer to use an entry in a filetype for
starting any program(s) to view or edit a file.

Just tried it out of curiosity, it displays them OK, but add any more via the
proper method than the maximum set and it chops the top one off.
