With those reboots after it I wouldn't be sure.
Best way is to test it:

Allow it to do all reboots & then bring up the boot-menu, select boot without startup-sequence. Try typing 'C:Version ppc.library FULL'
It should report an error as the emulation library won't have been loaded into memory & as far as I know it won't touch the libs diiectory unless you are in that directory (cd libs/) which would bring up the following response:
ppc.library 46.33 (16/12/00)

Theres really no stable/non-stable way of removing the ppc.library from memory.
It either works or it dosn't.
