when you say they crash your machine, do you mean you've installed them as
per the instructions and are now trying to make a project?
if so, then
assign gg: ade:
stack 500000
will fix that particular problem. (cpp gets lost, cant find its way, will
spawn hundreds of cpp's until your machine hangs - fixed with the assign.
cc1 uses a LOT of stack - fixed with stack 500000)
