err, if you mean the 2.1 DevKit, then no, you dont NEED OS3.5, it'll just
have new features.
if you mean the new AmigaDE NDK, then OS3.5 will be of no hope...neither
will any current AmigaOS as that kit only runs under Linux or Windows.
(up until AmigaOS 4.2 I guess.....)
I've got DevKit 2.1 and as much as I've had to use it, its great. I want
to use it more, but that'll have to wait a bit.
