Hello,
I have a *Pioneer DR-UO6 S 32x* CDROM drive,connected to my Blizzard 040/PPC's SCSI interface.
My problem is that, before reading files on some (especially later Aminet Sets, but others too) CD's, the
drive stops spinning for a couple of seconds and the re-starts.If a select a big number of files, this
happens again to all the files! It's not a amusing experience, believe me.
I changed the options in the SCSI boot screen, but without any success.
This also happened with my former system(Blizzard 030+SCSI).
Anyone had a similar experience?I would like to know if the drive is faulty or just incompatible in
some way.
Thanks,
Nuno Mendes
