We mean mpega.library... It's a decoder library used by many players like Amplifier...
MPEGA itself doesn't slow down the system... AHI does ... It can be a minimal slowdown
(if you use fast 8bit modes) or a MAJOR slowdown( if you use HiFi 14Bit Stereo++ modes)...
Also AmigaAMP's features can slow down the system too... For exampe a Spectrum&Peak
fast High quality visualiser with very thin continues bars can slow down the system considerably
on a 040.
